Fiona McLeod is dedicated to helping local governments, social service agencies, and higher education institutions fulfill their missions. Toward that end, Fiona provides program and grant development, project management, policy and research analysis, public outreach and partner development, strategic planning and business development, and public relations strategies.
Fiona is innovative, thoughtful, and passionate about helping clients. She works tirelessly to meet clients’ needs, build their capacity, secure funding, and maximize their impact within their communities.
Fiona McLeod also serves as a Government Relations Associate at Merchant McIntyre, where she has helped secure over $11 million in competitive grants and Congressionally Directed Spending in 2023. Most recently, Fiona has begun working on multi-state collaborative grant applications in both housing and apprenticeship building; if awarded these two grant wins, it would bring her total to $30 million.
Fiona earned a B.A. from Florida State University and an MPP from American University.
When not working, Fiona enjoys numerous hobbies, such as creating pottery, sailing, gardening, cooking and baking, and golfing.
