The Amplio team begins every new client relationship by listening. We call this process a Comprehensive Needs Assessment (CNA).
The CNA is a top-to-bottom evaluation that focuses on your pre- and post-award capabilities, management and position structure of key positions, current strategic plan, existing policies and procedures, examination of ancillary organizations (DSOs), and an evaluation of current educational, workforce, and/or healthcare programs. This includes identifying your organization’s current and anticipated future programs that would be eligible for funding. Amplio will identify funding opportunities (state, federal, corporate, foundation) and examine current and potential partnerships.
It’s been said that “If you don’t know where you’re going, any road will do.” The purpose of the CNA is to help you develop a roadmap that enables your organization to achieve its funding objectives.
