Chambers of Commerce serve as vital business networks and advocacy organizations. They foster a sense of community among businesses through networking events and conferences, promoting collaboration, partnerships, and knowledge-sharing. They provide crucial support services, including access to resources, mentorship, and educational programs to enhance business skills.
As a result, Chambers are continually looking for additional funding and need to create new organizational structures to run these grant-funded programs. As Chambers begin to grow in new areas, Amplio supports their growth. We assist in creating new 501(c)3 foundations, applying for and winning grant funding, and developing the necessary programmatic and grant management policies.
Comprehensive Needs Assessment
Our collaborative approach begins with active listening. We call this process a Comprehensive Needs Assessment (CNA). The purpose of the CNA is to help Chambers develop a roadmap that enables them to achieve their funding objectives and increase their capacity through specific, actionable solutions. The CNA is a top-to-bottom evaluation of capacity, pre- and post-award grant capabilities, grants management team, current strategic plan, existing policies and procedures, and programs.

After your CNA is complete, Amplio creates a Capacity-Building Strategy featuring customized solutions that increase the impact of every dollar to ensure the success of programs.
